Kxo’xo Leather Designs was formed in 2008 by founder and designer, Serita Swart. We design and manufacture an unique range of handmade African game-skin products that embody the timeless spirit of the Great Karoo where we are based.
 
Our products are original, bold and made with passion by our team of artisans.
 
The word “kxo’xo” (pronounced ‘ko ko’ with a click of the tongue on the ‘k’) forms part of a Koi San phrase that refers to the skin of wild animals found in the South African hinterland.
 
From a conservation point of view, only the skins of non-protected species that form part of natural culling processes are used as raw materials.
